One week after the royal wedding on 29th April and Wedding Inspirasi is still flooded with searches for Kate Middleton’s wedding dress, designed by Sarah Burton of Alexander McQueen, below. The inspiration for Kate’s wedding dress was a beautiful high collar long sleeve lace wedding gown worn by another princess, the Princess of Monaco. Yes, we’re talking about the Grace Kelly wedding dress, designed by MGM costume designer Helen Rose (main picture).
The gown with a bodice made from antique Valenciennes rose point lace, was also said to be the inspiration behind Ivanka Trump’s elegant Vera Wang wedding dress and Nicole Richie’s bridal frock, an exquisite Marchesa creation.
